2025年8月29日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧盟行业组织the Ad Hoc Coalition of union   Pea Protein Producers于2025年7月15日提出的申请，对原产于中国的豌豆蛋白（Pea Protein）发起反倾销调查。涉案产品的欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 3504 0090（TARIC编码为3504 009091）、ex 2106 1020（TARIC编码为2106 102040）、ex 2106 1080（TARIC codes 2106 108031、2106 108039和2106 108071）和ex 2303 1090（TARIC编码为2303 109010）。本案初裁预计将于7个月内作出，最长不超过8个月。
